Pursuing a Better AI Experience

We're working toward a better AI experience and have rethought how agents guide visitors.

Previously, the AI would not guide visitors unless they actively chose to be guided. With this update, the AI starts offering guidance by default as soon as someone arrives. If a visitor only wants to browse materials, they can ignore it as before—nothing is lost from the experience.

We've also improved AI response speed so conversations feel more natural. With guidance becoming the default, you can nurture more visitors and accumulate richer conversation data.
