What does the color scale generator do?

It creates a series of evenly-spaced colors between two colors you choose. Set the number of steps and the tool interpolates from the start color to the end color, including both endpoints.

Which interpolation space should I pick?

OKLCH (the default) is perceptually uniform, so the steps look evenly spaced and avoid the muddy gray midpoints you often get in sRGB. sRGB matches naive CSS blends, and HSL rotates through hue — pick whichever suits your palette.

Can I copy all the colors at once?

Yes. Use the Copy button to grab every HEX value as a list, or click a single swatch to copy just that one.

No. The scale is computed entirely in your browser.

Interpolation space matters

Interpolating in OKLCH keeps steps perceptually even and avoids the washed-out midpoints of a naive sRGB blend. HSL rotates through hue for rainbow-like ramps. The tool defaults to OKLCH.
