Paste your call notes, pick a qualification framework, and this tool uses AI to fill the scorecard — rating each factor 0-3 with evidence quoted from your notes, an overall Qualified / Nurture / Disqualify verdict, and a specific discovery question for every weak factor. The report is written in the output language you choose.

How it works

The AI reads only what your notes say and rates each factor of the chosen framework. The overall weighted score and verdict are then computed with the same logic as our free sales qualification scorecards, so critical factors (like budget or a decision-maker) act as hard gates and the numbers match the manual tool exactly. The AI never invents the verdict — it only supplies the per-factor ratings and evidence.

How to use it

  1. Choose the framework your team uses.
  2. Paste your deal notes or call transcript.
  3. Pick the output language for the report.
  4. Click Score with AI.
  5. Read the scorecard: each factor's 0-3 score with the evidence the AI found, the overall verdict, and any required factors that are still blockers.
  6. Work the gaps — each comes with a discovery question to ask next.
  7. Copy the summary into your CRM.

Example

Input: "Met the head of IT for an hour. Current tool wastes ~40 hours/month on incidents. Wants to replace it this year. Budget not yet secured — will apply next term. Target go-live March."

Output (BANT): Authority 3 (met the IT head), Need 3 ("40 hours/month wasted"), Timeline 2 ("March go-live"), Budget 0 ("not yet secured"). Because Budget is a critical factor at 0, the verdict is capped at Nurture despite the strong total — with a discovery question to ask next about the budget approval timeline.
