What is this ad preview tool?
A free, browser-based ad preview tool for marketers. Type your headlines, descriptions, display URL, and an optional image or logo, and see live mock previews of how your ad looks across surfaces side by side — Google Search (RSA), Google responsive display, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) feed. It faithfully reproduces the realities that decide whether your message lands: which and how many headlines and descriptions show, the character limits and where each surface truncates (RSA headline 30 / description 90, Meta primary text ~125 before '… More'), the display URL, and the aspect-ratio crop each surface applies to your image. Everything runs locally in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
How to use it
- Enter your headlines and descriptions (one per line) in the form on the left.
- Add your display URL, and optionally upload an image and a logo for the feed/display mocks.
- Read the live previews on the right — Google Search, Google display, and the Meta feed — and check what shows and where it truncates on each.
Common use cases
- Checking that RSA headlines and descriptions fit within Google Ads limits before launch.
- Front-loading your message so it survives the Meta '… More' fold.
- Verifying your creative isn't badly cropped by each surface's aspect ratio.
