What is this meeting time finder?
A free, browser-based tool that finds the best time to meet across time zones. Add each participant's time zone and working hours, and it highlights the windows where everyone is available. It builds on a standard time-zone converter but goes further: instead of converting a single moment, it checks all 24 hours of the day and surfaces the overlapping meeting windows. Daylight saving time is handled automatically via the browser's Intl API, and everything runs locally — your data is never uploaded.
How to use it
- Pick a base time zone and a reference date — the grid is read in that zone.
- Add each participant and set their time zone and working hours.
- Read the highlighted overlap windows at the top, or scan the 24-hour grid below.
- If no window works for everyone, use the per-hour availability count to pick the best compromise.
Common use cases
- Scheduling calls with remote teammates or clients in other countries.
- Planning recurring stand-ups for a distributed team across several zones.
- Finding humane hours for everyone before sending a meeting invite.
