What is this weighted sales forecast calculator?
A free, browser-based tool that turns your sales pipeline into a probability-weighted forecast. Enter each deal's value and its stage probability — or paste the whole pipeline from a spreadsheet — and it computes the weighted forecast, a best case (every deal won), a worst case (only near-certain commits), and a per-stage breakdown. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your pipeline is never uploaded.
The formula
- Weighted forecast = Σ (deal value × probability ÷ 100).
- Best case = Σ value (every open deal closes).
- Worst case = Σ value of deals at 90% probability or higher.
How to use it
- Add each deal's value and stage probability in the rows, or switch to Paste and drop in your pipeline (value,probability per line).
- Read the weighted forecast, best case, and worst case on the right.
- Check the by-stage breakdown to see where your pipeline value is concentrated.
