What is this funnel requirements calculator?
A free, browser-based calculator that turns a revenue target into the number of leads, inquiries, opportunities, and wins you actually need. Enter your target, average deal size, and the conversion rate at each funnel stage, and it back-calculates the required count for every stage — each with the formula shown. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your numbers are never uploaded.
The back-calculation
- Required wins = Revenue target ÷ Average deal size.
- Required opportunities (商談数) = Wins ÷ opportunity→win rate.
- Required inquiries (問い合わせ数) = Opportunities ÷ inquiry→opportunity rate.
- Required leads (リード数) = Inquiries ÷ lead→inquiry rate.
How to use it
