What is this Shopify → Google Merchant Center converter?
A free, browser-based tool that turns a Shopify product export CSV into a Google Merchant Center (GMC) product feed CSV. It maps your Shopify columns to the standard GMC fields — id, title, description, link, image_link, price, availability, brand, gtin, mpn, and condition — strips HTML from the description, and builds product links from your store URL. It ships a sensible default mapping and lets you tweak which column feeds each field. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your product data is never uploaded.
How to use it
- In Shopify admin, go to Products and export your products as CSV.
- Upload that CSV (or paste it) into the box on the left.
- Enter your store URL so product links are built as /products/<handle>.
- Adjust the column mapping if your export uses non-default columns.
- Copy the feed or download it as gmc-feed.csv and upload it to Merchant Center.
