What is this OGP checker?
A free OGP (Open Graph Protocol) and Twitter Card checker. Enter any URL and it fetches the page server-side, parses the og: and twitter: meta tags, and shows you exactly what social platforms will use when your link is shared — a preview card, every parsed tag, and warnings for common mistakes like a missing image or an over-long title. The URL you enter is fetched by our server; only that URL is requested.
How to use it
- Paste the URL you want to check into the box on the left.
- Press “Check OGP” — the page is fetched server-side and parsed.
- Review the preview card, the parsed tag table, and any warnings on the right.
Common use cases
- Checking how a page will look before sharing it on X, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- Debugging why a shared link has no preview image or the wrong title.
- Verifying og:image, og:title, and twitter:card after a site update.
