What is this corporate-domain extractor?
A free, browser-based tool that pulls the corporate (non-free) domains out of a pasted email list. It is the inverse of a free-mail filter: instead of removing consumer addresses, it keeps the business ones and lists each unique domain — optionally with the number of addresses per domain. Free and carrier webmail such as Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo!, docomo, au, and SoftBank is excluded automatically. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your list is never uploaded.
How to use it
- Paste your email list — one address per line — into the box on the left.
- The unique corporate domains appear on the right, sorted by how many addresses each has.
- Toggle 'Show counts' on or off, then copy the result or download it as text or CSV.
Common use cases
- Seeing which companies your sign-ups and inquiries come from.
- Building an account list for ABM from raw lead emails.
- Counting addresses per domain to prioritize outreach.
