What is this invoice generator?
A free, browser-based tool to create a clean invoice (請求書). It uses the same engine as the quote tool, in invoice mode: fill in the issuer, client, line items (quantity × unit price), tax rate, invoice number, due date, bank transfer details, and your qualified-invoice registration number (T + 13 digits), and a live preview with a running total appears instantly. Export to PDF with your browser's “Save as PDF”, or save/load your work as JSON. It ships with three templates — Simple, With company seal (角印), and English invoice-style — and remembers your issuer block, bank details, and registration number on your device. Everything runs locally, so your data is never uploaded.
How to create an invoice
- Pick a template and enter the invoice number, issue date, due date, and your registration number.
- Fill in the client (bill-to) block and your issuer block (remembered for next time).
- Add line items with quantity and unit price; the subtotal, tax, and total compute automatically.
- Enter your bank transfer details, then press “Save / print PDF” to export, or “Save JSON” to keep editing later.
