What is this free-mail filter?
A free, browser-based tool that removes free / consumer email addresses (gmail, yahoo, outlook, icloud, docomo and more) from a pasted list and leaves only corporate addresses. It's built for B2B teams cleaning a lead list before outreach or before importing into a CRM. You can also view how many free-mail domains are built in and extend the set with your own. Everything runs locally in your browser, so the addresses you paste are never uploaded.
How to use it
- Paste your email list (one address per line) into the box on the left.
- Optionally add your own domains to remove in the "extra free domains" box.
- Read the corporate addresses on the right, then Copy or Download the result.
Common use cases
- Cleaning a lead list down to corporate contacts before B2B outreach.
- Removing free-mail signups before importing into a CRM or MA tool.
- Qualifying form submissions by filtering out consumer email providers.
